Formation was never meant to happen alone.

“This was a journey of learning and unlearning for me. God worked on my heart in The Study Room, and I'm grateful.”

Chiamaka gained clarity on purpose and identity, learnt to study the word for what God truly says, and left bolder in sharing her faith.

“My deepest heart questions were answered.”

Balpolam came grappling with loss, confusion and compassion fatigue. In the room she was convicted, corrected and directed, and God broke her resistance to the call to teach and disciple.

“It demystified purpose. Living a purposeful life is simply pleasing, honouring and glorifying God.”

Cherry found a new perspective on identity, on Christ-centred leadership as service, and on work as worship.

“I am worthy, I am loved, God is the core of my existence. I radiate Christ's nature because I am His child.”

Chinwe came away knowing God more deeply and understanding her identity in Christ far beyond what she thought she knew. She learnt that a Christ-centred life starts in the heart, and now checks her motives before she acts.

“I have no need to be confused. My purpose is in and for Christ, and everything else gets sorted out once I live for that purpose.”

Sharon left certain of who she is in Christ and how much God loves her and is for her, with her confusion about purpose settled.

“I have so much confidence in who I am in Christ. I know and understand fully who I am and what I carry.”

Ogechi came into a settled confidence about her identity in Christ and what she carries.

“The Study Room was an answered prayer. It took me on a journey of maturity and discipline.”

Favour came knowing she needed to grow in her understanding of the faith. The room opened her eyes to foundational truths, and the arcing method of study she learnt there has enriched her own time in the word ever since.

“The classes changed the way I see things, and made me intentional with my Bible study.”

Blessing found her perspective reshaped and her study life sharpened, and was stirred by seeing what happens to people who obey God completely.

“The classes were God sent. On love, I learned to show myself grace much more than I ordinarily would.”

Princess found consecration broken down into something she could grasp, with practical steps to follow, and learnt to extend herself the same grace she gave others.

“God loves me. He loves me so much, and He is mindful of me.”

Hyeladzira joined days after her brother died, needing a distraction, wrestling with why God had let it happen after two years of prayer. Week by week the teaching began answering her, until she cried through a class, not from grief but at how intentional God is. Beyond the weight of the theology, she found the community of women itself healing.

“The leading of the Spirit will always align with God's word. Every decision has to be backed by it.”

The theological underpinnings she had never grasped were broken down in the first four classes. Chinwe came away understanding the Holy Spirit as advocate, comforter, helper, teacher and guide, and learnt that maturity is not built in her own strength but by yielding to His work in her.

“I have this boldness and assurance that I belong to God, and that I am equipped to do His will by His Spirit.”

The classes took Precious from theology to daily practice. The mystery around the person of the Holy Spirit cleared, the relationship within the Trinity made sense, and she left sure of how He leads. A transformative study, in her words.

“I have a better understanding of the Holy Spirit, and how He makes my walk with God fruitful.”

Cherry took the teaching straight into practice: deliberate steps to immerse herself in her church's activities and units, and more of a part in physical evangelism.

“What truly matters is being fruitful and faithfully serving wherever I find myself.”

Cherry had grown weary as the demands of life crowded in and her efforts felt futile. The class realigned her with God's heart about work, lifted a weight off her chest, and left her more joyful and hopeful in her job.

“I will sit at His feet and keep learning, until it is not my will but His that is at work in me.”

The Kingdom Journey rekindled Chidimma's hunger for Bible study. She came away resolved to step back whenever she is about to act out of character with God, and to ask for His guidance instead.

“I always thought the Kingdom of God was heaven. It changed my view to His rulership over my life.”

Victoria came away seeing herself as a citizen of God's Kingdom, and intending to act according to that citizenship in every area, from learning to working to living with people.

“These sessions helped me digest it properly, and know what my role in the big picture is.”

The concept of the Kingdom of God had been vague and hard to process. The series settled it for Princess, and in her words it was a blessing, and still is.

“The Kingdom of God is inside out. It starts inside me, then translates to how I live in this world.”

Blessing got a proper introduction to what the Kingdom means and how it applies to her, and found every class she joined a blessing.

“We are meant to be the light of the world, influencing it rather than competing with it.”

A session on kingdom living and the mountains of influence spoke directly into Sisan's industry, and to things God had already said to her. She had always known she would make films that change lives; this added the intention to do it so well, and with such love, that other filmmakers would want to follow.
